Artprice poche settimane fa ha presentato il suo annuale Global Market report.

Tutti gli indici sono positivi e il mercato sembra essersi confermato davvero stabile anche per questo anno: Il  turnover delle aste mondiali è aumentato del  on Fine Art rose 18%,per un totale di $8.45 miliardi, con transazioni rimaste pressoché stabili per i più di  262,000 lotti venduti, + 2.5% vs. H1 2017.

L’arte moderna si conferma una delle porzioni principali di mercato, contando per circa il 46% del turnover totale, mentre l’Arte Contemporanea  è salita del + 27%. Modigliani  e Picasso hanno entrambi superato i  $100 milioni. Mentre ad est la star è stata   Zao Wou-Ki, con le migliori performance in Cina del  H1 2018.
